粒度分析软件收集大面积样品频繁发生的颗粒的形态学和化学成分信息。化学分类软件通过与化学类型数据库匹配定量的化学组成对颗粒分类。

粒度分析选项从一系列采集中提取精确的颗粒几何尺寸测量数据,在采集过程中,同时收集精确的颗粒电子图像和能谱数据。化学类型分类软件,通过化学成分定量分析,将组成颗粒的元素匹配成化合物。当使用自动分析选项,系统能够在一个很大的分析区域定位颗粒坐标。带有化学分类的自动颗粒度分析系统应用范围:钢铁非金属夹杂物自动分析,矿石自动分级检验,在样品中自动探测石棉纤维,作为法庭证据的枪击残留物自动分析。
